The Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation (COMTA) concluded its April 14-15, 2026, Commission meeting, at which time, the following action was taken:
Denial of Accreditation:
The Skin Institute (St. George, UT) – The Commission acted to deny institutional accreditation for failure to provide the FY2023 audited financial statement or an independently prepared compilation of financial disclosures demonstrating financial stability, as required for compliance with Standard XII(A).
