COMTA is calling for nominations for two new Commissioner positions – Esthetics Practitioner and Esthetics Educator. Nominations will be accepted beginning September 1, 2012 through March 1, 2013.
As representatives of the esthetics profession, each of these two Commissioners will help shape the recommendations for required curriculum in accredited schools and programs offering entry-level esthetics training. One of the open positions requires affiliation with a COMTA accredited school or program, the other is open to esthetics practitioners with or without any school affiliations, even from schools accredited by other agencies.
