The Academic Consortium for Complementary and Alternative Health Care (ACCAHC) and COMTA invite you to join us for a collaborative webinar series focused on research literacy and evidence informed practice in the massage therapy community.  The series provides background information suitable for both faculty and therapists in practice.

Have you ever asked the question “What does Research Literacy and Evidence Informed Practice (EIP) mean to me? ” During this webinar, you will hear from multiple massage therapy leaders and organizations on the importance of research and evidence to the massage profession, as well as the greater integrative health care community. 
 
Participants will gain an understanding of the relevance of EIP in patient/client care, be able to discuss the requirements for research literacy and EIP in the context of the massage profession, and describe the importance of EIP and research literacy in integrative health care.
