The Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation (COMTA) has concluded its January 5, 2011 Commission Meeting (renewal schools placed on show cause,
probation, or deferral are considered accredited institutions).

By action of the Commission, the following schools have withdrawn, were accredited,
deferred, placed on show cause, placed on probation, or completed a substantive
change process:

Show Cause – Why Accreditation Should Not Be Revoked (continued)
Academy of Somatic Healing Arts (ASHA) – Norcross, GA

Correction of Accreditation Grant
Mississippi School of Therapeutic Massage- Jackson, MS (change from October 2013
to April 2012)
Rolf Institute- Boulder, CO (change from October 2013 to April 2012)

Probations
Mississippi School of Therapeutic Massage- Jackson, MS
(Probationary period of six (6) months for non-compliance of the accreditation standards
and policies)
