The COMTA office was recently notified that Spencerian College Massage Therapy Program is now Sullivan University Massage Therapy Program. The university is institutionally accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), which reports:
“At its meeting on June 14, 2018, the SACSCOC Board of Trustees approved the merger/consolidation of Sullivan University with Spencerian College and Sullivan College of Technology and Design (both non-SACSCOCO accredited entities) to be called Sullivan University, effective June 22, 2018.”
The massage program, located in Louisville, Kentucky, is programmatically accredited by COMTA which includes a diploma and AAS degree program.
